With 16 years at Evacolors, I’ve developed a career focused on thoroughly understanding customer needs and transforming ideas into real solutions . My approach is based on listening, providing clear advice, and supporting the entire sales process: from initial prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.
I have completed various sales and customer service courses, including Neurolinguistics for Sales, Complaint Handling, and the Wolf’s Way of Selling, which have strengthened my ability to negotiate, resolve objections, and build lasting business relationships. Furthermore, I have technical training in Crosslink Foam, laboratory testing, technical specifications, manufacturing processes, and product physical properties, enabling me to provide more accurate and reliable advice.
One of my greatest achievements has been collaborating with the development and innovation team to create new products based on direct customer feedback . This opened up opportunities in new markets and solved specific industry problems. For me, this kind of achievement reflects the value of listening and working together.
I firmly believe in respect as the foundation of any relationship. A cordial and friendly approach fosters fluid communication, trust, and better results both within teams and with our clients. I am currently continuing my professional development with an intensive English course and ongoing training within the company to further enhance my sales skills.
