I’ve been part of the Evacolors sales team for four years, during which time I’ve cultivated an approach based on customer service, personalized attention, and close support on every project. I firmly believe that good service opens doors , and that’s why my priority is to provide a clear, friendly, and effective experience for every client, regardless of size or industry.

I have completed customer service and sales follow-up programs, as well as training in digital tools and lead management software, which has allowed me to improve my response times and optimize my closing rate. I also have technical training in Crosslink Foam , including laboratory testing, technical data sheets, manufacturing processes, and the product’s physical properties, enabling me to provide expert advice based on sound technical knowledge and confidence.

One of my most significant goals was to close, together with the client and the development team, a monthly sale exceeding $32,000 USD , replacing a product previously sourced from China. Being able to offer an alternative with better service, delivery times, and locally sourced quality is an achievement I’m very proud of.

I consider myself a positive, cheerful, and transparent person. I always advocate for speaking the truth, because for me it’s synonymous with respect and loyalty—pillars that build lasting and genuine business relationships. I am currently continuing my professional development with an intensive English course and ongoing internal training to further my career growth.
